The map was created for a lab in my cartovisualization class. This map was made in response to the prompt that we must create a bike route with a theme which traveled about 100 miles daily for 21 days. In this map, the bikers will travel throughout the southern United States to multiple important Civil War battlefields to learn more about the war. It starts where the Civil War began: Ft. Sumter, SC and end where the War ended: Appomattox, VA.
